If you have tried hardware or grocery store pest control "do it yourself" products and problems persist, you need a professional. When you see a few ants you may not realize that most ant colonies consist of thousands of workers but only a very small percentage are outside of the nest at any one time. If you see or hear a mouse or rat there are usually more. Because rodents are known to carry many different diseases we always recommend a professional experienced pest control service. We practice Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Our services are tailored specifically to our clients own unique circumstances. We use the lowest dosage of product at the lowest toxicity to control the problem pest population. We also carry a full line of natural products, some are EPA exempt. When the interior of a home has to be treated we use precision injection application, we never spray baseboards as many companies do. We also apply residual dusts to the inside of wall cavities through wall outlets and switch plates when the situation warrant’s.

On the outside our service commonly consists of removing spider webs around the perimeter of the structure, sealing insect access points, identifying harborage and breeding sites and treating for target specific pests. We also make recommendations to clients to help reduce the necessity of chemicals by providing them with a Home Maintenance Report.

I have a whole bunch of pests and a lot of them. Do you have a solution?

Treatments and service frequencies are based on several factors:

• Type of pest(s)
• Degree of infestation
• Length of time of the infestation
• Conducive conditions in and around the home

Because we use low toxicity chemicals, you can usually stay home during the treatment. Flea treatments typically require you to leave 2-3 hours or until the treated area are dry. If the room (s) requiring treatment can be avoided until the carpeted areas are dry, leaving the house is not required. Roaches, ants, mice, termites, and just about everything else can be taken care of while you're relaxing on the living room couch.

When treatment on the interior of the home is required we ask that infants and small children stay out of the immediate treatment area during the the treatment process.

Another great benefit of low toxicity chemicals is odorless or virtually odorless pest control. No longer do you need to be reminded that you received extermination by a nasty, lingering odor.
